Year 2 Mr Milburn 2023 - 2024

My name is Mr Milburn and I am a teacher in year 2. Some of you may already know me because I might have taught some of your older brothers and sisters before. Mr Medwell has told me all about each of you and what amazing children you all are. We are really looking forward to teaching you all! We have lots of rewards in year 2 that get presented in assembly. Don't forget to collect reading credits by reading at home to swap them for a book! On a Friday afternoon, once we’ve finished our school work, we also have Choosing Time where it's great to find out what you all like doing and are really good at! At home you can practise your times tables using Times Table Rockstars, your maths using Learning with Parents and reading by logging into your online library using Oxford Owl. I’m sure we are going to have a fun, exciting time in year 2. I’m really excited and feel very lucky that I get to teach your class.
