We explored how to convey the atmosphere and story of a dream. We explored different viewpoints in our school environment as a setting for our dream. We invented a number of characters who were photographed ‘on location’ and developed a narrative to describe our dream. We went on to make prints based on the narrative. We compared the ideas, methods and approaches used in our own and other artists’ and print makers’ work.

We explored ideas about dreams; we collected visual and other information from different viewpoints; we investigated a variety of methods and techniques, using shape, tone and texture in drawing, photography and printmaking; we compare ideas, methods and approaches used in each others’ work; we modified and improved our work to realise our own intentions.
